Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Some orders may take up to 1 week. This is due to 75% of our jewelry being handmade - your patience is so appreciated. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Maria Sara Jewelry is responsible for the shipment of the product. Once shipped, the mail carrier is responsible for delivery. Maria Sara Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.
